Questions we hear every week
Straight answers about readiness, deployment, privacy and what a diagnostic actually delivers.
If your question is not here, ask us directly — the same people who answer are the ones who build the product.
How do we know if we are ready for people analytics?
Readiness is measurable, not a feeling. Our diagnostic scores six dimensions — sources, definitions, quality, governance, tooling and decision usage — and tells you honestly whether a platform accelerates you or whether foundations come first.
What does the diagnostic sprint involve and how long does it take?
Two weeks. You fill three structured templates (expectations, source inventory, current capabilities) in your own time; our analysts score them, run a closing workshop, and you receive a findings report with a dual-track roadmap — with and without our platform.
Do we have to buy the platform after a diagnostic?
No. Every deliverable stands on its own and is shareable with any vendor. A no-go or foundation-first outcome is a valid result — the report tells you what to fix first either way.
Where does our data go during a pilot?
Inside your perimeter. The platform is air-gapped by design: read-only connectors, no mandatory egress, pseudonymised identifiers with keys that never leave your environment. Your data stays yours.
How do you handle GDPR and employee privacy?
GDPR is architectural, not contractual: pseudonymisation before storage, suppression thresholds before display, auditable deletion, and deny-by-default access. We document all of it in the trust center.
What if our HR data is a mess?
That is the norm, not the exception — HRIS says 1,240, payroll says 1,248. The canonical model, identity resolution and data lineage are exactly what the platform was built to fix.
What do we actually get at the end?
Governed metrics with lineage, board-ready exports, an interface for ad-hoc questions, forecasting and scenario planning — all computed from one governed pipeline instead of hand-assembled spreadsheets.
How much does it cost?
The two-week diagnostic has a fixed scope and a fixed price — it starts at €4,500 depending on source count and stakeholder availability. Pilot and program pricing depend on your sources and ambition — we quote after the diagnostic, never before we understand your landscape.
