Two ways in — one honest answer
You can go straight to the platform. Or start with the diagnostic sprint: a fixed-scope assessment of your systems, data readiness and current people-analytics practice, delivered as a report you keep either way.
The platform
Connectors, a canonical workforce model, governed metrics, forecasts and automated reporting — deployed inside your perimeter, observable end to end.
The assessment
Six structured steps (T01–T06) run in the client portal: your expectations, your systems, your current capabilities — scored by our consultants into findings, recommendations and a dual-track roadmap.
How the diagnostic sprint works
Three short questionnaires from your side, structured analysis from ours — a Big-4-style assessment delivered in weeks, not months.

Thinking on people analytics, data governance and workforce planning.

Schema drift is the dangerous kind of change: syncs succeed while semantics shift. How per-table drift detection turns silent column changes into action items.

Data lineage for HR metrics: every number traceable to the source file, the rules applied and the compute stamp — turning disputes into two-minute lookups.

Automating the executive board pack: governed metrics computed once, assembled on a cadence, exportable to PDF/PPTX — with the analyst focused on the narrative.
Common questions
What is Workforce Observatory?
An on-premises people-analytics platform that connects your HRIS, ATS, payroll and other workforce sources, models them into a governed canonical layer, and automates the metrics, dashboards and reports your teams rebuild manually today.
Do we have to buy the platform to work with you?
No. The diagnostic sprint is a standalone consulting engagement: it assesses your infrastructure, current people-analytics capabilities and goals, and delivers a report with recommendations and a roadmap in two variants — with our platform and without it.
Which systems does it connect to?
CSV/XLSX uploads, read-only PostgreSQL databases, SFTP drops and generic REST/JSON APIs — covering HRIS exports, payroll systems and internal tools. Vendor-specific adapters are added through the connector framework during onboarding.
Does our data leave our infrastructure?
No. The platform deploys in your data center or private cloud and runs without public-network dependencies. Person identifiers are pseudonymized, and every query is scoped by role and organization.
How long until the first automated report?
The typical path is weeks, not months: connect a source, map it against the canonical model, validate quality, publish — then dashboards and scheduled PDF/PPTX reports run on their own.
